Do I Qualify?

  • Operational Status – Has your organization been operational for more than 3 years? This helps us understand if you have established processes and initiatives in place.
  • Board of Directors – Does your nonprofit have an established Board of Directors? We look for organizations that have structured governance to ensure strategic oversight.
  • Financial History – Can you provide at least three years of financial records? This requirement helps us assess your financial stability and management practices.
  • Impact Goals – Is your primary goal to increase your impact within the community? We seek partners who are dedicated to making substantial improvements in their areas of focus.
  • Sustainability Vision – Are you committed to pursuing sustainable growth for your organization? We look for nonprofits eager to implement long-term strategies for sustainability.

Disclaimer: We do not work with research-based organizations or anyone that has political or religious affiliations.

Eligibility and Vetting Process (Phase 1 & 2)

To assess if your nonprofit qualifies for the Go Program, ensure your objectives align with developing sustainable, impactful community solutions. Your organization should be prepared for thorough strategic planning, capacity building, and a commitment to transparency and continuous improvement.

The application process begins with a preliminary form to collect basic details about your organization and understand your mission and vision. A secondary review then evaluates your financial stability, organizational capacity, and community impact to confirm alignment with our GO Program. This meticulous process helps us tailor our support to meet your specific needs effectively!

Strategy Session (Phase 3)

After vetting, prepare for an intensive strategy session that will last approximately 6-7 hours, focusing on strategic planning and problem-solving tailored to the findings from the initial phases. This session requires active participation from your leadership team to ensure alignment and commitment to the developed strategies. The outcome of this session is a clear actionable plan with specific steps for implementation, designed to guide your organization toward achieving its strategic goals.

Post-Session Follow-Up (Phase 4)

Following the strategy session, expect regular quarterly reviews to monitor progress, adjust strategies as necessary, and ensure continuous alignment with your organizational goals. The Nursey Foundation provides ongoing support, maintaining a commitment to mentoring and aiding your leadership team. This continued engagement is crucial for adapting to changes and sustaining impact over time.

By participating in the GO Program, your nonprofit will not only make a difference but maximize its potential. Ready to start? Let’s GO!
